Celebrating the New Year
I always look forward to starting out a new year. Bring in the NEW! I always choose one word for the year to focus on. Set goals....resolutions really. This year I have chosen 'Healthy' as my ONE word. Not just healthy as in eating right and exercising. I try to do those every year. Doesn't everyone start out the first few weeks of the new year doing that. I am going to focus on health in all other aspects of my life too. I want to work on spiritual health, emotional health and having healthier relationships. Choosing ONE word has helped me in the past few years. It is much easier than making a big list of resolutions that you eventually forget. I have made some improvements. I have created better habits. I hope to make a lot more.
